The Rules of Arbitration of the Sudan International Chamber of Arbitration:

Arbitration rules is  developed by KICHR Director General, Dr. Ahmed El Mufti who is currently consulting with concerned parties.

  Dr.Ahmed EL Mufti Experience in Arbitration : 

  Leading the defense Counsel of the Sudan Agricultural Bank in commercial law arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris 1994.

  Leading the defense counsel of the Roads and Bridges Corporation in commercial law arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris 1995-98.

  Member and chairman of many Local arbitration boards.

  Chairman, Law Revision Commission, Sudan (1878-1979).
